Its been a long time since I posted on juice/smoothies. My Thursday are always fruits. I am doing this for almost 2 years now. But I will have evening some dinner. Only now I am doing a complete diet.
Pomegranate is a great fruit which aids in digestion and weight loss. It has lots of Iron content in it. The recent one’s which I had bought was a little extra sour in taste. Even after adding honey , I couldn’t get rid of the sour taste. I had got 1lb of blueberry box which was staying in fridge. This had a mix of both sweet and sour taste. So combined them both to make a fresh juice.
Nothing much in Ingredients just Pomegranate and blueberry.
Put them in a blender and grind it well.
Remove the seeds and the skins of the fruits.
Add honey and serve it chilled 🙂
This had a gorgeous color, I loved this color. Anytime home made juices are better than the bottled one 😛 Hope you liked it friends 🙂
