Cantaloupe is a low calorie fruit. It is a great source of vitamins and it reduces stress. I love gingered Lemonade. Thought of mixing these two. And it works out great in summer.
Ingredients:
Cantaloupe : 1/2 of one large
Lemon : 1
Ginger : 4oz grated
Honey : 2 teaspoons
Method:
Take one cup of water, add the grated ginger and let it boil for 5 mins. Then cool it down.Cut the cantaloupe to cubes, remove the skin. Take out the lemon juice and add with cantaloupe. Add Honey and the cooled ginger water to this, put it in a blender and blend it smooth. Refrigerate it for an hour or two and serve chill 🙂
